Why does April May need a service dog? That answer about Bailey, is Bailey a transfemme, a changeling, or is there some other reason April May answered that way about her being a little sister?

- there were hints as to who Bailey might be in the story. If you can deduce it. As to why April needs a service dog, it was mentioned in her last appearance, she emits bright light from her eyes, like looking into the sun. Its so bright that her eyes can't take in light to see.

Lyth Ath Tel'Ora, I'm calling her Lyth from now on. Why is she staring at a red-haired girl? Unprovoked attack by a crazy girl, blind teleport to avoid ex-boyfriend, and ends up in the Grove, Lyth has had some bad luck. Crying on her bed in her dorm room, she might need to see a counselor just to help her deal with that visit to the Grove.

Seesh, losing a boyfriend after they manifest, then manifesting herself only to be attacked by her father; someone give this girl a break. Hhm, her changes almost sound like Lyth is turning into a dryad. Bullying, poor girl is going through these unwanted changes, and the other kids think it okay to make things worse, it sickens me. Wait, beings like her dwelled, and she almost lost herself completely by blending in.
Blurry, cloudy shapes appeared to her in a vision, and these somehow familiar beings warned her that those who had taken her in were using ancient magics to influence her to become as they were.

Shit, she is going to have trust issues for a while after that. Afraid of going to Whateley because people she knew before go there, and she doesn't want them to see what she has become. Good grief, give your friends a chance at least.

-This sound at all familiar? We MAY have seen her before...

Her roommate is Jolene, and I already don't like her; she doesn't even notice her roommate is in pain and only cares about finding some boys to have sex with.

- Your beauty is beyond compare
With flaming locks of auburn hair
With ivory skin and eyes of emerald green
Your smile is like a breath of spring
Your voice is soft like summer rain
And I cannot compete with you, Jolene

Okay, what the heck? Are the rules of how powers work changing, and are they just learning it as they go along? Is this something that was possible in the past, but has never been seen before, or is Valentina unique somehow in this aspect? Great, the researchers call her in, let the girl rest when she needs to!

-When Sanguine assumed her new, Female "mistress of the night" appearance via the regen cloning, she gained a variation on Everywoman's shifter powers. Which is highly unusual, since Exemplar BITs usually preclude the shifter ability, thus Sanguine as an Exemplar Shifter is an almost unheard of thing.

Val is finally in her dorm room and overdue for sleep, April May is reading a book with the lights off thanks to her powers.

- not reading via her powers. Braille is a language created for the blind, consisting of different patterns of raised bumps on paper that constitute letters.

Someone get that thing off this girl and banish or destroy the entity trapped inside it! 2 dead in a way that makes police officers vomit from seeing it. There has to be a way to stop Ambivalence and save Joy.

- Cant remove it. Even if you chopped off the arm it is attached to, it has sent its tendrils throughout her body. if might regenerate its bracer form from the tendrils, or even spawn as a second mimic.

Oh, crud. Inaba, avoid Jade and Wondercute at all costs.

- easier said than done.

Aww, James watching a catgirl eat.

- a very particular catgirl. one that he'll see more often now.

The nightmares continue, can't get used to it all, used to what?

- All I'll say is that you might be onto something.

Is Tiffany Cobb's actual codename Ratface?

- Yes, it is... which is ironic, because she was a candidate for Venus Inc. Didn't work out for her.

Ashleigh, just because someone is a known troublemaker and frequent detention-earner, it doesn't mean they will work with you. Eww, she is using sex to get Springbuck to work for her, I thought she had some standards. Ashleigh, you learned a horrible lesson from your mother.

- how much of it is from her mother, and how much of it is just that she's a masochstic nutjob that lusted after her brother and was already operating on less than full faculties?

Ah, Megan Stone, does one of her powers make her hard to notice, I forget. Yes, Megan, the Richmond twins don't realize how truly dangerous Ashleigh is.

- not her powers, just who thinks to look up to the top of a massive bookcase to see if there is a 5 foot tall catgirl reclining there?

Who freed Joy when she was in that mental state?

-nobody, her cell was damaged.

I wonder why they are going today.

-Black Friday sales.

Hehe, Val having that effect on Rosalyn, watch yourself, Rosalyn.

-Well she is exotically hot, and Rosalyn has a weakness for hot girls.

Ack! Donna likes 1950s music, the torture!

-Well, that's the era she's from. She's still catcing up after her time stuck in that other dimension. I was going to write a scene where she was in a bookstore, looking for modern history books, but I cut it.

That is what happened to Rosalyn, aka Blackrose, old training team. I knew BMA could be dangerous, but someone dying from an awkward fall.

-Yeah, I wanted to address the established canon that Rosalyn had changed after having her heart broken.

" predicted the persecution of religious minorities by Isabella the First and Ferdinand the Second.”

- apparently someone did expect the Spanish Inquisition.

Jean D' Arc was a descendant of hers and she dealt with her, crap.

-it was once implied in one of Bladedancer's stories that Joan of Arc was a Handmaiden of the Tao.

Carson thanks Fey and Tennyo for their help; Tennyo's family is away on CIA business, while Fey's dad was called to Washington.

-Nikki's Dad was, in fact, in Washington D.C. meeting with Raptor's Aunt and others about the Project Damocles Cyborgs.

Emmanuel, the son of Francis Fitzgerald, and one of the few children not to inherit the mutant gene from their mother.

-Specifically, his full name is Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald, or as he's most commonly known, F. Scott Fitzgerald, the author of The Great Gatsby.

Crap, the innocent soul being twisted by this monster into a weapon against Inaba.

-We'll see what that means for Lamprey, exactly.

Ugh, using this as a chance to study them as they fight so Ashleigh will know how to better deal with them in the future, you make me sick, Genevieve.

-Reprehensible, but militarily prudent.

Sanguine in bat form and in the fray, Pin Cushion sure knows a lot about her. Sanguine is thrown into the ceiling, now she is down, I knew they should have run. Now, about Saber, she suspects she is probably an Avatar.

-Ratface may be dumb as a post, but she is observant

“It’s the Silver Surfer. We’re safe.”

-I included this joke, based on the appearance of the picture of Paulson in armor on the Wiki.

I hope they can get the armor mimic off her.

-not very likely.

Yes, I know one of the characters had a former girlfriend turning into a branch of the Sidhe that stayed on Earth and became more connected to plants. But I can't remember which story she was introduced in! Darn memory messing with me. Was it one of your stories? If not, could you at least tell me the author whose story she is introduced in so I can narrow down my search from hundreds of stories and their chapters, please.

It was an Elrod story. Featuring an appearance by Fey and Elrod's usual suspects.

Oh, god. It has been so long, no wonder I forgot. Julie Robinson, the former girlfriend of Kayda, who turned into a Canotila due to her mutation. That is who Lyth is. God, she has been through hell and back since then.

She could teleport via entering trees and exiting a different tree.
