Lady of the Ring Part 1 comments
Caro approached a random stranger in the cafeteria, glad to see her opening up more. There to talk to Morgana and reads her body language like a book. Bwahaha, why would Morgana go straight to asking if Caro is a dragon slayer? Oh, good, Tanya is there to vouch for Caro. Help to create an enchanted trinket, but why Morgana specifically? Oh, powers of a dragon and needs some of Morgana's blood for it, oof.Monday, October 24, 2016 - 1:20 pm
On the way to the Crystal Hall
Nice offer for payment, I would take the help in studying. That is a lot of things to plan and ask permission to make something enchanted. An exchange of numbers and Caro is left to think of what else is needed.
Peppercat, I wonder what kind of magic and powers they have to have chosen such a codename. Oh no, don't tell me she tried to emulate the ice make magic from the Fairy Tail anime. Poor Marlene, she shouldn't be embarrassed, she at least tried. Ah, tried to emulate ice magic from Re: Zero, good show from what I've heard.Tuesday, November 1, 2016 - 10:51 am
Magic class, year 2
Mrs. Barton's skills in magic haven't dulled any. Yeah, seeing what happened to someone who is a retired superhero can scare would-be heroes away. Ah, Vanessa's mood has improved since their adopted daughter came into their lives.
Now this will be interesting to see the students' projects.“Today, being the first week of November, we’ll be starting our first project. This time, the theme is to work with lingering magic by way of enchantments. Something that creates an effect despite you no longer being present or actively channeling spells.”
Aww, Marlene, you can do it if you really try and with the help of friends. A notebook of creative chaos, a cool way to work out ideas. What does it look like that got a giggle? The more mentioned about it, the more curious I am as to what it is.
Whoa, that was quick, Caro has one of the forges reserved for Saturday to work on her trinket. Good condition for her using your blood, Morgana. A written contract and the Magic Department has a standard one for students to use, dang. Saturday at 4 PM, it will be interesting to see an enchanted trinket being made.Wednesday, November 2, 2016 - 3:04 pm
Crystal Hall Cafeteria,
Bianca, Morgana wouldn't have agreed to it without the condition and if she didn't think it wasn't safe. Hehe, Tavi is still adorable. Ouch, Morgana has all these worries and concerns, I hope this doesn't complicate things or draw bad attention. Ugh, 2 members of the Amazons, that group needs to be shut down already.
What is that guy working on? Stark, oh boy, the tendency of dricking out, building something while in the cafe, this is bad. Tanks of tar black liquid, danger, evacuate the area!
Bergholt "Stark" Stuttley. Liquid batteries, oh double crud. *reads what he has made as eyes grow wider in horror* Oh, good, not much energy from the strange oil. Multipurpose liquid, so many ways this could go wrong. That is what his devise can do, this thing can easily be used as a weapon. And so close to being ready to test on the gun range, I pity the instructors on the gun range right now.
Firestep is in line waiting to get her food, that girl needs to be taught patience. Oh crud, never try to force a screw like that. And here comes trouble from an easily prevented accident. The black sludge hits Firestep as the devise springs a leak, oh boy. Yikes, Firestep just barely avoids falling into the sludge on the ground but gets laughed at, Stark is in for it. Ugh, he only cares that she is contaminating his sample and not what happened to her, oh brother.
Stark goes to clean up the sludge while ignoring Firestep's talking, bad move, as she rams the side of her leg into his ribs. Firestep is ticked off as Stark tries to just leave, saying it isn't his fault, but doesn't let him. Oh no, he is dricking out. He goes to shoot Firestep with a holdout, but she sidesteps it. Poor maintenance of his devises, that is sloppy.
Firestep's friends say she can attack him and state self-defense since he attacked her first, Stark says he didn't attack her first, he is out of it. A young member of security tells them enough, to break it up, first and last warning. He gets Firestep to back off, but Stark is still dricking out and points out she was about to attack him.
The guard gets Stark to put down his gun, but Firestep is still upset over her shirt. Arrgggh, Firestep's friends aren't helping the situation with their suggestions. Stark has another devise to remove the oil, smart thinking. Ow, even if not blinding, sudden flashes of bright light still hurt the eyes. Well, it worked for the most part. Stark is still obsessed with picking up the rest of the fluid but it has dried up.
Crud, his devise super-dried the fabric of Corrine's clothes and it is crumbling around her. *facepalm* Never tried it on cotton or denim before, those are common fabrics for clothing! More arguing about who owes who for what, and the guard now is taking them to the security office. Corrine is a victim of an idiot not following the rules, she better not get in trouble for all he caused. Morgana is unfortunately likely right on this, Firestep is going to want revenge on Stark for this.
Riley Callahan aka Radiant, the teacher's assistant for the Mystic Arts department. All that to craft an enchanted trinket, now I see why it isn't done more often by students. A proper smithy with the whole works, I would be in heaven if I could have encountered such a place when I was going to school. Anti-theft spell, I wonder how often students have tried to take things for their own in the past.Wednesday, November 2, 2016 - 4:49 pm
The tunnels, Forge room 5 (B1)
Grimma wishes to test things on her own, ooo, this will be fun. 80% silver, 20% mithril, no wonder those hammers have anti-theft spells on them, just one must be worth a small fortune. Whoa, they take safety there very seriously. So many metal ingots, it is like a smith's dream workshop. An alloy of gold, iron, with a little bit of copper is called sungold by Grimma, just how many different alloys do they have in there?
$250 for a bar and that is at a lowered cost, what is the regular cost? Smart move, lugging around that bar would be asking for it to get stolen.
That answers my question of how they can work with such intense heat and the risk of explosions due to potential accidents.“You also need to don standard issue protective gear at all times during the process. It’s a set of personal protective equipment that is enchanted against flames and explosions. I’ll be sure to leave it here for you and your assistant.”
Caro, never half-ass an assignment, always do your best as your teachers will probably grade you based on what is your best, not some average, at least with projects like these. Gah! Grimma, Caro doesn't need to be going off on adventures like that just yet, leave it for when she has graduated. Seesh, Caro isn't trying to make something equal to Excalibur, Grimma. Well, you are going to have an interesting life whether you want it or not, Caro.
Grimma shaping Caro to be a sorceress of fables, tall order, but doable with time. No being not highly resistant or immune to fire and heat is ready to work with any form of molten metal, Caro, yet history advanced because of them.
Good worry to have when dealing with a spirit like Grimma.“And yet, I’m always worried that you might exploit a loophole I accidentally left in,”
While that is true, you consider making her life more interesting to help her grow.“After all, I gain nothing by sabotaging my avatar, and everything from seeing you grow.”
Stark paid for a new shirt and unfelt apologizing, uh oh, that means he might be upset with Firestep still over the loss of his fluid and target her. Oof, having to carry the disassembled devise back to his lab without help. Taking the tunnels, why do I feel an ambush on Stark coming?Thursday, November 3, 2016 - 6:44 pm
The tunnels, in between labs (B3)
Sounds of the clean-up crews, sounds of machines, and the meow of a cat, that last noise has me nervous. Turning a corner and 3 girls are lying in wait, I knew it! Eurydice told them about Stark taking this route and now he is in trouble. Firestep and her friends there, knew his apology wasn't sincere and were now there to beat him up. 3 to one, a bunch of cowards. Crap, she is an Amazon, this is really bad.
Stark tries to reach for his holdout, but he gets hit by the girl's sphere of light over and over like being hit by a soccer ball. Firestep does a speedster slam with her knee to push Stark back, and they are there to extort more money out of him after he already paid for the damage. Great, Firestep has an upperclassman freeze the security cameras. They are starting to trigger him and Firestep goes to kick him several times, they are a bunch of thugs.
Firestep destroys one of Stark's devises and he grabs her foot to send her to the ground, then pulls back to punch her. Firestep never expected him to fight back like this but is saved by the girl with the light ball knocking him off Firestep.
She attacked him first, this is self-defense!“You were trying to assault her! You men are pigs!” the brick girl exclaimed, her body charging up further, as if preparing to step in… or to defend her comrades.
Knocked near his gun, Stark has it back and Firestep rushes behind her friends as he fires and creates an explosion and concussive blast. A broken water pipe with what one hopes is just muddled water, No way to get to Stark, his gun worthless, and one of the girls is shocked he tried to shoot them after all they did to him, a bunch of idiots. Having to flee before maintenance gets there, I hope somehow, someway they get caught.
Ugh, she disgusts me, she hates men but uses it against them when it benefits her. And now they have made themselves a very dangerous enemy, a devisor with Diedrick's and a grudge.“You better not be a coward and tell them what happened. If you’re as much of a man as you think, you won’t even dare.”
Left without water for a few minutes due to emergency repairs, the maintenance crews of Whateley work fast. Darn, Stark not pointing the finger at his attackers, this is going to just get worse. Now he is plotting his revenge.
Someone called Gianni over their radio, Rhonda, the resource manager of the utilities staff, and Johnny has been called in to help fix the burst pipe. Third basement tunnel, A4E, and with Rhonda reporting they say it stinks I'm guessing that wasn't just muddled water. And no ventilation until he is done cleaning, ack!
Vic, you have to stop trying for perfect when drawing and just do good enough. Practice, practice, practice until you can get it the way you want. But constantly erasing will get you nothing but frustration. Good, Imp intercepting it as he tries to throw it out, I hope he listens to any advice she gives him.Friday, November 4, 2016 - 4:36 pm
Imp’s Art studio
Vic, the artist on the Deviantart account probably has a lot of experience and couldn't draw like that when they first started out.
Thank you, Imp, you are the kind of art teacher I wish I had in school. And more great advice. Josephine as a tutor on anatomy and other details, and Vic is lucky to get someone with such experience to tutor him.“Then, don’t worry. If you’re going to draw something, commit to it. Perfect is boring, and stiffness is unrealistic in nature. Just let your hand guide you as it’s natural to you.”
Anatomy instruction and need a model, ooo. And what is Laura doing there? Ah, escorting Karma back to her mother after the little mischief maker found Laura's lab to visit her.
Oh god, Karma figured out how to make smoke bombs, everyone run!“Apparently, she’d been drawing the hopscotch ladder along the tunnels and somehow ended up in the labs. And then she proceeded to throw the remnants of color chalks into the compressor.”
“I wanted to make smoke grenades! Smoke grenades of rainbow colors!” Karma giggled searching her pocket to produce something. From Vic’s point of view, it resembled some sort of perfectly round pebble, all the colors mixing themselves to turn into gray at the distance.
Too late... At least it was a small smoke cloud. Karma was already caught by her mom, and that stuff itches a lot. Ack, stuck in clothes with the remains of chalk dust until the afterschool workshop is over, that is punishment for Karma. And the Codys were watching Karma when she snuck off...again. There are hidden rooms and such in the tunnels, Karma, no map, and not sure about treasure being down there. Some areas of the tunnels I think could be classified as ruins of how dangerous they are.
Boy, they could have a whole library of stories just on the tales of what is done in the tunnels or rumored to be down there. Good idea, Laura, leave nothing behind in the tunnels least some future students find it and cause trouble with one or more of your creations. Imp, don't give tips on how protocols and such can be sidestepped while Karma is listening! Hhm, could the cat creature Vic encountered be an experiment that escaped the tunnels or has been living in the tunnels for years?[/spoilers]

Lady of the Ring Part 2 comments
Someone or something surviving off of scraps of food swiped from others while living in the tunnels, who or what could this be? A creature slinking through the tunnels, able to slip through the grates, hhm. So cautious not to get noticed or caught, waiting 5 minutes after hearing a noise just to move.Friday, November 4, 2016 - 4:21 pm
The tunnels, Abandoned makeshift lab stations (B3)
Playing in an abandoned lab area, it recognizes what guns are being taught by a computer, what is this creature? And what is this boy doing in this area of the tunnels working on a computer? Strange mist from the creature, curiouser and curiouser. Crud, the boy is Stark working on his revenge devise to use on Firestep.
Caro reading through the lines of her spell once again, fear of leaving in a flaw or something that could cause a problem has her overanalyzing it. Good spell and a good idea, but where has Grimma gone off to this time when Caro needs her opinion? Aww, don't worry so much, after all that work I'm sure it won't be a dud. It might not be exactly what she wants, but not a dud.Friday, November 4, 2016 - 6:20 pm
The tunnels, Morgana’s workshop (B2)
Running in Gwen Silver and Christina 'Chris' Corbryn, talk of inviting her to watch anime and of her project. Wait, Tolkienesque, no, not the One Ring! Heh, Caro is smart about this, never leave a project involving creating a magical item to the last minute. Hhm, why is Chris acting like someone is watching them? The forge has a mold for a ring in the style of the One Ring, I wonder how many students want to try and make their own.
Uh oh, rumors going on about Morgana and stuff going on at night in her and Bianca's dorm room.
Hey, it could be worse, could be making a sword in the image of Stormbringer. Chris, even fire resistance would be a good thing with the number of fire-wielders at Whateley and the threat fire is. Letting Chris be the tester of the ring, I smell potential trouble. Great, someone with that description looking for Firestep, it has to be Stark.“In all fairness, that applies to anyone talking about using blood to fuel their custom made relic that resembles the evil relic of a popular movie franchise,” Chris said as Gwen handed back the notebook.
A letter for Corrine, baiting her into a trap or is this not Stark? So that is who Chris sensed following them, and with his responses about the letter it has to be Stark. Good analysis of the note's probable content, Caro. I hope Caro can have some fun later and isn't dragged into whatever trouble Stark has brewed up for revenge on Firestep.
Rats, Caro found the note and now remembers to deliver it, I was hoping it would be forgotten. Faollass having to take time to dry her hair must be a nightmare without a blowdryer. Meow Mix and Petshop, no dressing up Shisa in costumes if she doesn't want to, I don't care if you didn't get to for Halloween, no means no. Penny Dreadful being her usual obnoxious self, complains to Marlene about bumping into one of her 'undead' and destroying it.Friday, November 4, 2016 - 7:48 pm
Whitman, Hallways
Oh, Penny has really done it this time, calling Marlene that.
It is about time someone said that to Penny. Penny needs to respect the implied code of conduct of Whitman before someone less coolheaded than Marlene decides to teach her a lesson she won't forget.“They don’t smell, they don’t act like zombies and worst of all… they’re zombies. It’s not like you’re a big bad necromancer, you just create these meat puppets that are the default fodder of every videogame. I just can’t deal with you and your play pretend, tonight.”
Bwahaha, nice Lord of the Rings reference, Marlene, I knew someone would bring up the other rings. Marlene, you don't want to do Gollum cosplay, it attracts the weirdos. Crud, Firestep, and her two hangers-on who helped attack Stark after laughing about the whole thing, or so it seems. Thumper and Wisp, so not the two who helped attack Stark, or is my memory wrong on that? Firestep doesn't want Caro joining in, I wonder if she has something against those with GSD.
Crud, all of them are Amazons, and the other two think about reaching out to recruit Caro into their ranks. Great, Thumper is as much anti-Changeling as Brita, while Firestep doesn't know about Gwen or Chris. Stark calling out Firestep for a challenge in an old tunnel classroom, this won't end well. Firestep has no plans to go, knows it is a trap, and thinks Stark can't do subtle to get at her. Oh, good grief, Thumper, saying all that and painting it as an Amazon lesson, that sounds like the BS boys use to get each other to fight.Friday, November 4, 2016 - 7:56 pm
Whitman, Room 211
Aww, Caro thinks it is a shame to melt down the gold bars to make her ring. Caro, you should have researched about gold, it can melt but it would take far, far more heat than you are dealing with to have a chance of burning it. Interactive shooting range, what doesn't that parkour lab have?Saturday, November 5, 2016 - 3:51 pm
The tunnels, Forgeroom 5 (B1)
Hehe, if only Caro knew the truth about Morgana and her relationship with Thulia. *winces* Using the word curse instead of enchantment because it sounds more exciting, Grimma has a peculiar sense of what is exciting. Impressive metal worker's gear. Morgana is there and time for a run-down on the process. A pair of rings, huh.
And okay, that verse for the spell has one thing I see as a problem. Restrain the dragon contained, it could target Morgana's blood that is added to the ring or it could somehow restrain Morgana herself, binding her somehow or even to the ring wearer's will forcing her to do whatever they order. First time trying something like this, please let it work how she wants it to.
I'm glad Vic isn't just working out and studying as he used to, that path would have led to burnout [not the mutant kind] fast. Ack, forced guilt, is one of the worst things to deal with. The lower tunnels are painted as treasure-filled ruins, oh boy, Vic, this isn't D&D and you aren't a well-equipped adventurer.Saturday, November 5, 2016 - 4:22 pm
Outside the Tunnels (B0)
Ronnie, what have you done? That, and he’d been playing one of the dungeon-crawling games from the collection Ronnie installed, so the idea of the real live version appeared fun as could be.
A map and list of warnings, so glad this place is regularly checked out by security to keep the students safe, even if it is from themselves.
Crud, this is starting to sound like the old Eye of the Beholder game, hopefully with fewer monsters.“1. If possible, avoid delving deeper than the third level.”
“2. If you do, preferably, travel in groups.”
“3. Download the map app using the QR code.”
“4. If you end up lost, either travel towards the highlighted explored areas of the tunnels or use the app’s alert to send out the distress signal.”
“5. If the situation is dire, full use of powers and tools is allowed.”
Eep, most of the area is unexplored, not good. There are 4 or 5 basement levels with 3 and below that have a little exploration of them, good grief, they need a mini-tank that can go down the tunnels to explore them. 3rd level is partially mapped, sounding more and more like a D&D dungeon. I wonder if there is a LARPing group on campus that uses those tunnels for their sessions.
Ouch, the chatter on campus is a reminder of what Shisa can't have. No going into the woods in her current mood or she might never come back, yikes. Wishing to check on Caro about the spell to change her BIT, oh boy. Shisa knows an entrance to the tunnels most don't know of, cool.Saturday, November 5, 2016 - 4:27 pm
Whateley Campus’ nice lounging tree
Hey, this is just the dull section of the tunnels, there are a lot more exciting sections down there. A little dot on the downloaded map that represents you, is a nice app to have in the tunnels. Wait, the map updates as students with the map explore new areas, why hasn't the map been completed by now?Saturday, November 5, 2016 - 4:35pm
The Tunnels (B3)
Strange noises and no one responding, different paths but none of them mapped out, Vic, it might be time to leave. Following a noise into an unmapped area, Vic, you have certainly gotten a lot braver lately. The stairway to the fourth level and Vic spotted a small figure darting back and forth rapidly.
It is the cat-like creature and it is playing with the bell Vic lost in the woods, a cute little thing. Oh boy, Vic sneaks up within steps of the creature and tries to tell it he isn't a threat, and just wishes to take a picture. It was a dark and blue creature. Of lithe and nimble body that weaved itself in its action, from its little attentive ears to the tip of its tail that appeared coated in a strange form of shadowy plume. Whatever it was, was evidently based off a cat.
Treating it like a regular cat to try and calm it down, Vic's actions seem to be working. Oof, ruined by Vic raising his phone to try and take a picture. It can turn invisible with only the black mist it exudes the only clue to its location, at least until that fades away too. Crap! No wonder the creature took off, spatial anomaly, this is bad. The corner turn goes in the opposite direction now, great, just how messed up is the topography of this place now?
Rapidly flickering lights, those kinds of sensations, this is just the beginning, isn't it? Going down a hallway that wasn't there a moment ago, oh double crud, please don't let Vic be a victim of the tunnels. Falling through a hole to the 4th level, oh crap. At least there is water to land in. Only slightly above knee height, where did all this water come from? A single, straight path forward, why does that not make me feel better about all this?
Wait, he is all the way in the fifth basement, eep. Must have gone down the stairs first without knowing it in the dark. At least with water all around him, Vic can sense anything coming his way or hiding in the water. Yes, Vic, you asked for an adventure and you got it. I'm starting to think there is some kind of intelligence connected to or down in the tunnels.
Huh, a deepened metal sheet, never seen one of those before, interesting. Set the dragon's blood ablaze, Grimma, just what advice are you giving Caro? I mean, it is good advice for the kind of magical ring she wants to make, but it is also risky. That is one way to increase the intensity of a flame, whoa. *eyes bug out* Just how hot are those flames right now to melt gold that fast?Saturday, November 5, 2016 - 4:39 pm
The tunnels, Forgeroom 5 (B1)
All good reasons for forging a ring herself, Caro thought this through. Nope, these aren't wedding bands, I hope they don't have molds for those on campus, or at least don't tell students about them if they do. For something so simple in appearance it sure takes a lot to make a ring, especially an enchanted one. Spinning it to keep the cast in movement as the molds cool, dang, imagine what a normal goldsmith has to go through to do that.
That spell could be an epic rhyming poem. The spell to let Grimma come forth to help forge the ring, fairytale doesn't begin to cover it. Grimma manifesting into this world, now I believe what she has told Caro about who she is, dang. The true spirit of fables and stories, this is an epic undertaking if there ever were one.
It almost sounds like Caro is Grimma's apprentice and her mistress can come and go as she pleases as long as she keeps up her part of their deal, intriguing. She was a steward for an otherworldly entity, but that entity didn’t live within her nor was bound to fill in a metaphorical slot within her. Instead, she was more of a guidepost, whereupon the spirit could always return back in her roamings. How that affected her magic? Surprisingly little.
A possession that is more like a guardian or loved one suddenly being there to help you, now that is new. Okay, just how powerful is Grimma? A bit over the top, that is an understatement. Grimma, no trying to figure out what Morgana really is right now. It wouldn't be Grimma if she didn't have some critique of Caro's spell work, but she really shouldn't complain since she wasn't here to advise Caro on it.
Grimma likes to put on a show, now let's watch. That short poem, the magic unleashed in the hammer by Grimma, this is fairytale magic at its finest. Haven't even gotten to the part where Grimma enchants the rings yet and it already feels epic, like watching a fairytale smith forging something of legend.

Lady of the Ring Part 3 comments
Crud, Shisa is lost in the tunnels, at least it is basement 3 and not 5. Is something or someone messing with perception or the actual physical dimensions of the tunnels right now? Ah, going to try and spy on Caro to see what she is up to without having any idea where in the tunnels Caro went, bad idea. *facepalms* They need to put up new QR codes and instructions lower to the ground for shorter students like Shisa. And Shisa didn't have her phone to read the QR code anyways, eep.Saturday, November 5, 2016 - 5:06 pm
The tunnels (B3)
Wandered down to the third basement and can't locate the stairs back up, it sure sounds like something is messing with perception down there. Nice Labyrinth reference. Shisa, getting lost in the tunnels is a right of passage, it happens to a good number of students at least once. Aww, thinking that Caro won't be able to create a spell to make her human again, Shisa needs a break from all her troubles already.
Oh boy, that feeling normally means something bad nearby. Ah, it is the cat creature, I was wondering where it had gone off to. Rats, it runs for it and Shisa gives chase, a telekinetic wall barely slowing the creature down. Turned invisible and escaped, darn. Back to the hunt for an exit.
Challenge, pummel this twerp, Firestep and her crew looking for Stark. Following them to hopefully get out of the tunnels, oh no, she is going to get wrapped up in the mess between Firestep and Stark.

The tunnels, Abandoned makeshift lab stations (B3)
That answers some questions about the nature of the tunnels but brings up a whole lot more questions. Something feeling off about the whole place, making her feel uneasy, I can just imagine students with certain types of ESP or magical senses must find it a lot worse. The levels beyond the first two of the tunnels were usually a bit of a crapshoot in terms of navigation. It was the point beneath the earth where the magical and devisor safeguards seemed to stop trying to stabilize it, or whatever eldritch influence that caused it just became stronger. Whichever it was, it gave way to the variability and maze-like nature to the tunnels whenever one was to stray off the beaten path or dive further.
That classroom has all the feelings of a deadly trap to me, I think Stark is trying to take his revenge too far. Ugh, Stark, I pitied you for an accident, but the fact you refused to take responsibility, refused to give a sincere apology, and now this, I hope you both get in trouble for this. *head desk* I can't believe he made a suit after his comic namesake, he better hope it gets wrecked in this fight, I would fear Marvel's lawyers more than your fellow students.
I don't like the Amazons, but they have good advice here, plus Firestep's costume is a good design, basic without going overboard. Ugh, both of them need lessons in conflict resolution and in respecting others. Stark chose the battlefield, don't underestimate him just because he is a male and a devisor, Firestep. And she underestimated him, thinking she could avoid his attack and not thinking he might have placed traps in the area.
A bubble gum combination from that fluid, his devise is versatile. Taser fluid and Firestep just barely block it, that would have ended the fight fast. And Firestep breaks free of the bubble gum and escapes into a corridor before Stark can fire. A flashy attack and of course, it doesn't work as Stark is running to regroup. Stark's gun keeps acting up, a delay of 1 second allowing Firestep to duck another attack.
This fight is getting embarrassing, insults back and forth with a lot of misses. Oh no, she is going to test how the black oil reacts to fire, this is bad. No flammable, huh. She is signaling for her two goons, she calls him so many things, but in the end, is nothing more than a coward who can't stand they might lose a fair fight. Oh ho, Stark came prepared for a sneak attack by Wisp leaving Firestep out in the open once again.
Walk into an obvious trap, this was a fight between two peers before you stepped in. The fact Firestep was starting to lose proves she can't win a fair fight on her own. Wisp and Thumper, these two, and the rest of the Amazons need to be taught a lesson about what happens when you break the school rules by the staff. Crud, Stark in a Diedrick's episode and making a really stupid move.
Stark, you colossal moron! You never do that when down in the tunnels below basement level 2. Thumper, listen to Wisp and try to find a way out, you don't want to be down there too long without those security precautions.“Hah! Shows what little you know!” Stark snapped. “I’m sure you might not have noticed, but I disabled your phones and cameras with this button. I also made sure that the containment blast doors installed by security would just shut themselves.” Stark said proudly. “Full blackout protocol! And you lot just said I couldn’t do it.”
Thumper's power stops the attack only for Stark to use configuration 10 and cause the black fluid to seemingly glow and detonate, brutal. Further injury and insult with a taser shot and some rapidly expanding hardened sand-like substance. Oh, good, the electrified fluid degrades rapidly, now is Firestep's chance to stop this Diedrick's driven episode before Stark brings the room down on them somehow.
Darn it! More of the traps with the bubble gum substance and Firestep is stuck again, and this time the stuff is all around her. Wisp's orbs pummel Stark to distract and slow him down as he tries to change the setting on his devise, so he throws an electrified fluid grenade at her and seems to miss, but Wisp's orbs blip out, rats. Stark throws Firestep's own words back at her, yet still doesn't think they are done. No, don't take this too far, Stark, enough is enough.
Ah, Wisp faked being knocked out and now provides a distraction for Firestep, clever. A clothesline between two light orbs pulls Firestep free, they aren't underestimating him anymore. Not an easy task, especially when Stark decides to take out Wisp next. I don't like these girls, but Stark right now is freaking me out, he needs to go down.
Firestep has to leap and dodge to avoid Stark's attacks, but Stark gets hit by a thrown rock, Thumper has her upper half free. Stark plans to use his concrete variant to completely trap Thumper only to be attacked by Wisp's light orbs again. Ooo, bad move, giving into his temper to bat the orb away only to break something in the gun, this could blow up on him or worse. Broke his own gun and Thumper hits him with another rock, oh, I don't care who you are fighting, you don't call girls that.
Now threatening to detonate the goo again, this has gone from a regular fight to one to survive. Firestep takes care of Stark and breaks his belt and forcefield in the process, never cheap out on those. They break his gauntlet and now they plan to do more to him, enough, stop this right now. Wisp is right, you went too far. He has Diedrick's and can't fully control what he says and does because of it, getting revenge over an accident started all this and it should have never happened.
Firestep says they have done enough, I don't like Thumper, that girl needs to be watched closely before she cripples, maims, or kills some guy over a slight. Great, the remote is broken and they are stuck down there until what Stark did wears off.
Crud, this just made things worse. I hope Wisp at least doesn't get involved next time.Within his depth, he was sorry for what happened, bitter and sorrowful, but also irremediably angered.
When someone who knows how to craft true magical items is doing so it is more art form than work. Grimma is a master and it shows. Aww, Morgana is not aware of Grimma anymore. The enchanting part seems simple enough for this ring as they are prepared. Transformed and three squeezes of her blood, Morgana is going to need a lot of iron-rich foods after this.Saturday, November 5, 2016 - 5:14 pm
The tunnels, Forgeroom 5 (B1)
Grimma has such colorful expressions. Yes, Morgana isn't a pure dragon, not even her girlfriend is 100% percent dragon.
Uh oh, does that mean succubus traits she got from Thulia who inherited them from her grandmother?“The spell is going to work, just as you expect it,” Grimma explained. “It’ll find that draconic side within the blood to restrain and tame its power. Paradoxically, that will in turn cause those other sides to flare out, in the form of red mana that will prove… rather volatile.”
Crap! The ring is unstable, an explosion happens, and the ring has rolled into the forge's gutter. This is going to be hard to retrieve.
Gianni Rossi waiting in an open room where one of the storage closets is, his shift almost over for the day on janitorial duty. Ack, he had to clean up the mess from the Thursday incident all by himself. Static on the radio when he tries to call Rhonda and blackout protocol messing with communications, darn it, Stark. A loud boom and trying to convince himself not to check it out since he has less than 10 minutes till the end of his shift. And a pipe right above him breaks and starts to leak out water, great, now he has to fix it before it gets worse.Saturday, November 5, 2016 - 5:19 pm
The tunnels, (B1)
Shisa shows up after the fight is over and pities whoever has to clean up the mess. Spotting Stark, she thinks she should have helped since it was 3 against 1. Not her problems, why should she worry about anyone else, oh boy, she really needs some friends. Whoa, what happened to get Shisa sent to Whateley? Uh oh, what is that metallic tink sound?Saturday, November 5, 2016 - 5:25 pm
The tunnels, Abandoned makeshift lab stations (B3)
Bergholt Stuttley aka Stark, and he is bitter over how things ended, eep. He considers himself a fraud because of how his power works, knows he has Diedrick's but most of the time doesn't notice when he is in the thrall of an episode, dang.Saturday, November 5, 2016 - 5:26 pm
The tunnels, Abandoned makeshift lab stations (B3)
All those conflicted emotions are due to the way his mind works, and he needs help in learning how to deal with it and not lash out. Thinking of revenge again, but not having the devises to do it with, nor the power.
Oh crap, because Morgana wasn't a pure dragon the ring has been tainted and become more like the One Ring, this is the worst-case scenario especially with Stark finding it. And he asks for power to bring them to their knees, this isn't going to end well for anyone involved, is it?He didn’t know why, but it spoke to him. Not with words or any sort of message he could describe or even decrypt… but a feeling. The closest thing he could make out of its amalgam was “Anything you could wish… I can give.”

now I'm starting to see the significance of the timing I noted earlier, this is basically the last time Morgana could realistically be involved in this particular kind of f-ck up without Thulia there to catch it
Yeah... coordinating the timeline was a bit of a nightmare >.>

Would it be fair to say that you see Thulia as a moderating influence on her fellow students?
