So, all this to get back at Christopher for pushing her down and taking her pocket money, I wonder what the specially prepared page is? Oh, all this to frame him for cheating to have her revenge.

But Christopher shows up with 3 friends and corners her, finds out about her revenge scheme and she insults him for needing four to beat up a girl. Has to have his friends hold her in place so he can punch her, a bunch of cowards.

Pippa has to breathe through her mouth due to her nose being badly plugged and swollen, the creep broke her nose! She didn't tell on him and his friends, yet Christopher is bragging about it, and no punishment from the staff so far. Breaking into the council flat and Christopher's flat, she gets her revenge alright. The entire building is up in flames and it will show the fire started in Christopher's flat.

Pippa uses a picture of her dad to practice darts, oh boy, I'm going to want to give her father a fate worse than death once I learn why she hates him, aren't I. Ditched her and her mother when she was six, now that is a good reason to hate him. Crooked nose, so couldn't afford to see a doctor, and her broken nose healed wrong, ouch. Hey! Redheads are not soulless!

Going to Liverpool, has a knife, and steals to help her survive, poor kid never had a chance to be better. Wacky Races and she roots for Dick Dastardly, it figures. Whoa, analyzing his car's design like that, has she started to manifest as a mutant and a Gadgeteer for a power? More and more thoughts like that over the last month, yup, she has manifested as a mutant.

A cute guy, 16, in nice clothes, comes right towards Pippa and knows her name, I would be wary too. Richard, says he thinks she is cute, not sure if he is lying yet. A party and tempts her with marijuana, all this British slang for things is interesting. Pippa takes him back to her place, a chatty fellow. Pippa plays pranks on kids that pissed her off, yikes.

Richard says she needs nice clothes for the party, and he will buy them for her, calling her stuff little kid's clothes, she is 12. He sells weed at school and talks of sharing it if Pippa is his queen, ugh.

Laughing, he shook his head. “You're safe with me. I won't do nothing you don't want.”

Why do I feel very scared for Pippa right as he says that? Bring her friend, oh no, not two girls in over their heads.

Pippa tries to convince Lilly to go to the party, but Lily is right, it is sketchy and they don't know these guys. Great, sharing his weed and promise to buy them clothes along with alcohol at the party is too much plus peer pressure so Lily is in.

Church St. and Richard waits at a clothing store for them. He lit up when he saw them, I really don't like this situation. Oh boy, in those outfits, Pippa and Lily are going to look older than their real ages and guys will think girls dressed like that are asking for it, stupid, but unfortunately true. Pippa is trying to act cool for Christopher, but she is a little girl, only 12, not even a teen yet.

Great, he is getting the black dress for Pippa and the tight white dress for Lily, alarm bells are going off in my head about this whole situation. He kissed her on the cheek to make her forget to try on the other clothing, arrgh. Pippa, this guy is attractive, makes his money selling illegal drugs, and is going after a girl for her looks as she might already be developing an Exemplar figure without noticing yet.

In love, Pippa, this is a crush. Sat on his lap, kisses on the cheek, and squeezes her tight, that promise earlier is looking more flimsy by the second to me. Her crooked nose grew straight, that isn't possible without medical intervention I thought, further proof of the Exemplar trait manifesting in her.

Order anything they want, more buttering them up for what I fear is to come. Brag about avoiding the authorities, good grief. Lily the good girl who lies to cover for Pippa, this will catch up to her if it doesn't stop soon. Now Pippa is letting Richard kiss her on the lips! Crap, it is that kind of party. Pippa is nervous as is Lily after seeing what the party is like, get out now!

Great, Richard urges them inside, introductions to everyone. No chance to relax or say much, just drugs and drink foisted upon them, I knew this was bad. Crap, things get heated fast and very uncomfortable for Pippa and Lily. Pippa has the sudden urge to leave, but Richard starts kissing her and feeling her up, I want to kill him now.

*eyes go red with rage* She is saying no! I knew he lied earlier, he is forcing himself upon her! This is rape, he is going to rape her! Her anger surges up, pulls herself forward by Richard's shirt, and bites his cheek hard enough that he is spurting blood. And she is still biting and clawing at him as he falls back onto the floor. Someone pulls them apart, but she is attacking anyone in range, crap! Don't tell me she is a rager.

She tries to go for Lily, running on pure instinct it seems, but is attacked by a large man and bites him on the wrist to force him to let her go. More of the guys are coming for her and she flees for her life from the flat. Please let Lily be okay.

Pippa wakes up in bad shape, arms covered in bruises and puke, dress ruined. Memories of the night come back to her, the horrors Richard and his friends inflicted on two underage girls. She starts crying, wondering how she could walk into such an obvious trap, and only stops as she wonders what happened to Lily. Oh crap, the revenge she has planned for if they hurt Lily, dead men walking.

She's in the storeroom of an apartment and took apart the lock even while in a rage, dang. Great, lost all those things at the party. And her Gadgeteer or maybe Devisor, not sure yet, trait kicks in she uses the tools and spare parts to gear up.

Dang, she hemmed and fitted coveralls and made thick-soled slippers for herself. A weapon hidden in the pocket on her sleeve, smart design. A few blocks from her government flat, and a walk home in her condition, the look on her face makes people stay silent and give her space. The fire in her eyes, yikes.

Her mom was worried and called the police. Pippa, you are going to have to tell your mom what happened sometime. *eyes bug out* That is a nasty little weapon Pippa made. Those guys brutally attacked a girl who one of theirs tried to rape, I hope she ends them all. More pictures and ideas, oh boy, she is going to need Whateley to help her with that.

Crap! Richard played it too close, never saying his last name, making sure Pippa and Lily never saw the address of the party before going inside. Finally, her mom gets Pippa to see reason, she has to go about this smart and clever or she could end up in jail, especially if they figure out she is an unregistered mutant even if she doesn't know it herself yet.

Ouch, what her mom said to her, you would have to have a heart of stone for that not to get to you. Take some time and think, they need to pay, but make sure it is in a way that can't be pinned to you. Pippa finally thinks about all that has happened in the past few weeks, her strength, the images in her head, she knows she is a mutant now.

Pretty mutant and mad scientist, that is an interesting way of describing Exemplar and Gadgeteer. She knows about the MCO and what will happen if she doesn't report she is a mutant, good. Thinking on it, a bad buy, but so bad at it, no one cared, this is how she figured out her codename of the Dastardly Daughter. Oh god, she even has a goofy laugh. And goes to tell her mom, that was fast.

Pippa heads to buy some more clothes but is ambushed by Richard and a friend, at least Richard looks properly messed up after her attacks. Omar, the guy she bit the wrist of, almost died, serves him right. *Restrains self from punching monitor to get at Richard* He threatened to do that to her mother and Lily, they need to die.

A party, they plan to gang rape her, these sickos need to be stopped for good. Electro weapon is more brutal than a thought, yikes. Richard is smoking, and the driver is dead and smoking as well, good. Onlookers come out of a house to check on them, Pippa pretends concern for Richards as her 'brother' to distract them and escapes. 100 pounds from Richard's wallet and his phone to sell, he shouldn't have come after Pippa.

Morning

A purple trench coat, she is hamming up the Dastardly Daughter theme. Purple bucket hat, rats, couldn't find a helmet. Ski goggles in place of driving goggles, boy, her costume stands out.

She was wearing a red turtleneck sweater dress under the coat, and it looked really good with the black tights and ankle boots. Her red gloves were a real find and matched the image she wanted perfectly.

Anyone who isn't a fan of Wacky Races is going to be confused by her costume. Mom asking her to behave, hey, it is the MCO, a lot of those agents deserve whatever headaches come their way.

Exemplar 1, may become a 2 once a bit older, but not certain. Mut-L-E robot dog, oh god, my sides hurt.

“NO! You stupid thing! How dare you break and humiliate me!” Her foot came down on the controller smashing it to pieces. “THIS ISN'T FAIR!”

She even has temper tantrums and blames Mutlee for everything down. Devisor 3 and suggestion to get her checked for Diedrick's due to the tantrum.

Her mom knows all this is part of a plan, even the tantrum. Crap, she runs towards Lily hoping to hug and Lily thinks Pippa was paid by the creeps to bring her to the party, saying she ruined her life. Lily kicks her, knocking Pippa down, and says to leave her alone, but Pippa doesn't blame her for any of it. The men at the party and Richard's friends are all going to die for this. And I agree with Pippa, monsters like that need to be stopped or they will keep doing this shit to other girls, other innocents, without care.

That Night

Siphoning gas from a car into a cheap Jerry can, she needs it for the weapon. Boy, that maintenance room might as well be her secret storage room now.

Agent Waters greets Detective Harris, here about the double murder of Richard and his buddy, it was self-defense! Mentioning a small girl who fled the scene, Agent Waters brings up Dastardly Daughter and shows a video from her testing, but doesn't think it could be her if Mut-L-E is the best devise she could make. Rats, they figured out she might have downplayed her abilities and she has genius-level intellect. They are onto her, but don't know the circumstances of those 'murders'.

After School

Oh boy, she has the phone back, opened, and with a new password she made up. Agent Waters and Detective Harris show up right outside her flat's main door. Pippa Minx Mischke, a unique last name and that is the only time I will type it out, too hard to remember for me. Want to know why two men attacked her on Sunday, now how did they find out that detail?

See her bag, do the authorities not require a search warrant in the UK to search private property? No devises on her even in her coat, and didn't take any to school.

“Go home, Pippa. But remember, if people are after you, telling us is your best chance at staying alive.”

If they are anything like U.S. MCO and U.S. police, no it isn't.

Electro-weapon hidden in her gloves now, smart. Boy, she has a lot of places to hide things on her they didn't even think to check. Going through Richard's phone, she should have suffered longer. But now she has a list of names and locations, time to end these scum who probably pull this shit all the time.

Before Midnight

Omar at home wondering what went wrong.

The slags all learned their place the first time and were easy to control afterwards.

I knew it! The whole group behind this needs to be destroyed. Opens his door late at night, overconfidence will get you. Electro-weapon punch to the stomach and down he goes. She wraps wire loosely around his neck, then goes to trask the place looking for something.

Wire tightening around his neck, okay, that is a nasty weapon. She tricks him into unlocking his phone but lets the wire crush his throat anyway. Brutal way to die.

Crap, the Dastardly Daughter only feels cold about killing Omar, she needs help and fast. Sends out a message to set up a trap for the rest of Richard's group of friends. And now we know what the Jerry Can and gas was for, a devise set up to torch the place and kill them all at once in a fire.

Peter knocks and enters Omar's flat only to find Omar dead, everyone wondering what happened. Only to get hit by devised napalm! Okay, she is terrifying when seeking revenge and shows how deadly a devisor can be when seeking revenge.

Oh boy, is she drunk? The way she is acting makes me think she is drunk. But the driver doesn't take her to the club, ends up in a dark alley, and says it isn't a taxi only to get a crossbow bolt through the stomach.

“You wouldn't believe how hard it was finding your jarg taxi, Camara. I know all about you, get girls who are bladdered, then if they're young maybe share them with your friends.”

Another offer to let him go if he gives her his phone password and she shoots him through the chest. More people from Omar and Richard's phones, she is taking out the scum who prey on underage girls.

A search of her room is useless, working on Mut-L-E Dash 3, oh boy. Mom is home and annoyed they think Pippa could be responsible for the murders. I'm sorry, but I'm with Pippa on this, rapists are monsters imo.

Detective Harris doesn't believe her, great, they are going to keep an eye on her now. Southern Asians make up the majority of her victims, hhm. People are never happy about how long an investigation takes, they expect it to be fast like in TV shows and movies. Good, the MCO should have to deal with idiots calling them as well. Wait for a slip-up, I doubt that will happen if Pippa keeps being careful.

Those were your friends and business associates, I wonder if these creeps do stuff beyond getting girls hooked on drugs, like the slave trade. His voice triggers the device and he has to hang up on the call as the clicking sound bugs him. Okay, that devise was even more brutal than I originally thought it was going to be.

Brought in for questioning, Detective Harris and Agent Waters once again. Ah, Pippa has turned 13 since the story started. Detective Harris, you can only prove that is a coincidence without evidence otherwise. And Mom now wants a lawyer for Pippa, questioning someone without a lawyer and hoping to get further before a lawyer is brought in, is it any wonder most people don't trust the police.

Thrown onto a hard concrete floor, Pippa needs a hero and fast. A whole can of petrol and threaten to light her on fire if she tries any mutant tricks, psychopaths. 6 in total, teens and adult men. Pippa has some insults in her. Crap, they have Lily and broke her. Brought her to I.D. Pippa.

A knife to Lily's throat to get Pippa to behave, they have people who want Pippa because she is a devisor, and threats to mutilate Lily for every outburst or person she kills. Yeah, they all need to die. A few hours to reach their location, surround her in petrol, and threaten harm to Lily if Pippa doesn't behave. Ouch! Effective, but very painful way to break zip ties. Time to make something to get her and Lily out of this alive and intact.

Agents Waters and Detective Harris watch the warehouse, but they are waiting on warrants and backup which will take an hour at the earliest if they get a miracle. They wait and then people run out of the warehouse followed by thick black smoke, what did Pippa do?

Dastardly Daughter has a small utility blade and a cigarette lighter, a seat belt and buckle for a weapon, and the fabric of the seats as a blanket to protect from any immediate flames. The ones guarding the van stand well away from it, the fumes would get to you after a while. Uses the cigarette lighter to set the petrol off, uses the seat cover blanket as a shield, and jumps out over the flames.

Everyone panics, some say they need to get Pippa out of the van, and someone shouts to call 999. Pippa is a brutal fighter, seat belt to the head until the teen drops his cricket bat, then she takes the bat and hits him in the head. Crap, she gets to the hallway with a row of offices where Lily is being held, but Pippa is spotted. Reckless charge and she gets stabbed in the stomach, keeping the knife in to prevent herself from bleeding out.

Agent Waters to the rescue as he shoots the man who stabbed Pippa and picks her up, Detective Harris has Lily and is leading them out of the hallway. Agent Waters has first aid training to do that so quickly. Lily cries into Detective Harris' chest while Pippa goes unconscious.

Dastardly Daughter is a little worried, oh boy. Agent Waters knows she isn't cartoonish and incompetent now. Oh, good, not charged with murder due to circumstantial evidence and no good witnesses to the attacks. Needs to keep her nose clean for the next several years, aww.

And since the police have arrested everyone involved in your kidnapping, and are digging deep to find everyone involved in part thanks to the media uproar, you can rest assured that justice is being done.

I hope those who fled back to their home countries that the countries have extradition treaties with Britain.

A week in critical care, yikes, she came close to dying. Accepted to Whateley Academy, arriving on January 7th for the start of the Winter term, yay! Everything including tickets, well, it seems this branch of the MCO has the good ones in it. Please don't make a show at Whateley, you will attract the wrong kind of attention.

Gloves that are a weapon with inbuilt heaters as well, perfect for winter. I was wondering who the elf was that Pippa was chatting with. Miss Abyss from Detroit, I hope they become friends. Junior High in Whitman and Miss Abyss is Freshman in Poe.

A good story, though once she met Christopher/Richard I knew he was lying through his teeth. Growing up without her father from an early age, angry, bullied, and vengeful, Pippa needs to see a counselor at Whateley for help dealing with her temper. Poor and stealing to get by, not be a burden to her mother, she has a lot to be angry about. I just she can grow past it and learn to make some friends at Whateley.

As for Richard, he knew what he was doing with every word and action involving Pippa. I wonder how many other girls he has lured in for the grooming group. What he tried to do to Pippa, what he already did when she broke free and attacked, I'm glad she killed him as he would have kept doing this kind of thing to more girls in the future.

I hate that Pippa was driven to kill for revenge, that she felt it was the only way to gain justice for herself and Lily. But I can understand it all too well; the feeling of the authorities either being incompetent or corrupt, thus the only way you will see justice is at your own hands. It is a temptation I'm sure more than a few people have felt, especially in the past 7 plus change years.

I'm just glad that Pippa got out of this alive, that Lily is alive and can get help to recover from what these monsters did to her, and that those involved will be brought to justice.

I can't wait to see more of Pippa and how others will react to her Dastardly Daughter persona at Whateley in the future.

The police were actually following the rules to the letter. When questioning a minor in the UK, they only need a parent or guardian there. The moment a lawyer is asked for, they have to get them one. Like in North America, it's best to have a lawyer right from the start, but legally you have to ask for one.

Thrown onto a hard concrete floor, Pippa needs a hero and fast. A whole can of petrol and threaten to light her on fire if she tries any mutant tricks, psychopaths. 6 in total, teens and adult men. Pippa has some insults in her. Crap, they have Lily and broke her. Brought her to I.D. Pippa.

A knife to Lily's throat to get Pippa to behave, they have people who want Pippa because she is a devisor, and threats to mutilate Lily for every outburst or person she kills. Yeah, they all need to die. A few hours to reach their location, surround her in petrol, and threaten harm to Lily if Pippa doesn't behave. Ouch! Effective, but very painful way to break zip ties. Time to make something to get her and Lily out of this alive and intact.

I had to think of a way for a group of civilians used to dealing with young, mostly compliant young girls would deal with a mutant. Gas is cheap, and threats usually work. They also don't have easy access to guns or devises, so they would go with old school methods.
And this shows just how angry Pippa is. If they didn't have Lily at knife point, Pippa probably would have made them kill her just so she could hurt them a little.

Everyone panics, some say they need to get Pippa out of the van, and someone shouts to call 999. Pippa is a brutal fighter, seat belt to the head until the teen drops his cricket bat, then she takes the bat and hits him in the head. Crap, she gets to the hallway with a row of offices where Lily is being held, but Pippa is spotted. Reckless charge and she gets stabbed in the stomach, keeping the knife in to prevent herself from bleeding out.

Agent Waters to the rescue as he shoots the man who stabbed Pippa and picks her up, Detective Harris has Lily and is leading them out of the hallway. Agent Waters has first aid training to do that so quickly. Lily cries into Detective Harris' chest while Pippa goes unconscious.

I wasn't sure how to go here. I was writing as I was thinking of it. As soon as Pippa got in the hallway looking at the armed man, I realized she would just go berserk and head in swinging. And frankly a small teenager armed with a cricket bat and no fighting skills, is not going to do well against a full grown adult with a knife.
Fortunately I already had the cavalry waiting to rush in. And I'd expect most MCO agents to have pretty extensive first aid training. It makes sense for their line of work.

Dastardly Daughter is a little worried, oh boy. Agent Waters knows she isn't cartoonish and incompetent now. Oh, good, not charged with murder due to circumstantial evidence and no good witnesses to the attacks. Needs to keep her nose clean for the next several years, aww.

Even for Britain arresting and charging a thirteen year old for killing pedophiles who raped her friend and almost did the same to her would not go over well, especially with the media circus around it all.
So using a cricket bat on the one teen would be written off as self-defense, and the rest would be quietly put in the cold case as long as Pippa plays along.

A week in critical care, yikes, she came close to dying. Accepted to Whateley Academy, arriving on January 7th for the start of the Winter term, yay! Everything including tickets, well, it seems this branch of the MCO has the good ones in it. Please don't make a show at Whateley, you will attract the wrong kind of attention.

Getting Pippa out of the country is best for everyone. Having her at Whateley will keep her out of the limelight, may help her calm down and stop going after the rapists, and it will prevent any attempts at retaliation.
Not sending her on the first flight to Whateley would be stupid.

Gloves that are a weapon with inbuilt heaters as well, perfect for winter. I was wondering who the elf was that Pippa was chatting with. Miss Abyss from Detroit, I hope they become friends. Junior High in Whitman and Miss Abyss is Freshman in Poe.

“I think I understood that. It's sound. Maybe I can teach you proper English,” she said and snickered.

“Them's fighting words. Don't you get up in my case about how I speak when you sound like a drunk who can't open her mouth,” Miss Abyss said.

Dastardly smiled, she was going to have fun with this girl.

Oh boy, things are going to be interesting with those two as friends.

Miss Abyss was the original character I made with plans for introducing her in the winter term, after everyone else is caught up. She'll be appearing with someone else as another author and I co-write story (you'll have to wait and see who it is). Miss Abyss is an interesting one.

A good story, though once she met Christopher/Richard I knew he was lying through his teeth. Growing up without her father from an early age, angry, bullied, and vengeful, Pippa needs to see a counselor at Whateley for help dealing with her temper. Poor and stealing to get by, not be a burden to her mother, she has a lot to be angry about. I just she can grow past it and learn to make some friends at Whateley.

I have some interesting plans for Pippa, she'll mostly be appearing in cameos and things at first, but after certain events, she'll become a regular MC, alongside Miss Abyss, and not just a few one shots.
